High Court and County Court litigation for commercial and private clients; experience of Alternative Dispute Resolution, defamation and privacy issues. All aspects of Property litigation including dealing with breaches of covenants including forfeiture proceedings and rent arrears/ Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 proceedings. Contentious Trust and Probate/Inheritance Act Claims.
