My specialist area
I have experience of all aspects of commercial property matters, focusing on property finance, development and investment transactions. I act for a number of banks and financial institutions, and also have specific experience in the primary care, pharmacy and logistics sectors.

I am proud to have worked at the firm for the last seven years, during which time I have seen it grow and evolve into an exciting and forward thinking place to work, with quality clients and working alongside a superb team of people.
My professional memberships/ networks
I am a founding member of SWIM (Scousers Working in Manchester) which recently celebrated its 10th anniversary. Apart from the light hearted side it has proved over the years to be a very succesful networking organisation.

My experience/ cases of note
I am particularly proud to have acted for the Yearsley Group over the last few years, and to see the business grow and move forward, most notably with the acquisition of five cold storage and distribution depots from an administration in 2008/09, firmly establishing the Yearsley Group as one of the major forces in the national logistics market.
What I do when I'm not at work
I enjoy playing golf and five a side football, spending time with my family and like to go walking and to travel when I get the chance. I am also a keen supporter of Liverpool FC and Sale RUFC.
