What it's like to work at George Davies

My experience/ cases of note

I specialise in insolvency and work on a wide variety of insolvency cases. This includes both personal and corporate insolvency, and contentious and non-contentious matters. I have acted on business sales for administrators and liquidators including the sale of a professional rugby union club, and frequently deal with various court applications in both corporate and personal insolvency matters. I also provide detailed advice on complex Individual Voluntary Arrangements. The Court applications I have dealt with recently include seeking permission to use a prohibited name, assisting on a claim on behalf of administrators seeking to recover nearly £2 million misappropriated by a director, and an application to have a charge over a bankrupt's property declared void.

What I do when I'm not at work

I enjoy spending time with my horse, watching films, and catching up with friends. I love travel and visiting new places (and some old favourites) with friends and family.
