My specialist area
Family Law - Assisting divorcing and separating couples to achieve financial resolution. Advising on conflicts involving children including issues of contact and residence. Preparing pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements. I also undertake Inheritance Act claims on behalf of partners/ spouses/ children who find themselves inadequately provided for in the Will of a loved one as well as disputes between unmarried couples. I have particular expertise in acting for professionals including solicitors, barristers, accountants and company directors.
