My experience/ cases of note
I assist Mark Hovell with advising players' associations and their members.
I assisted on a successful personal injury case which resulted in the client receiving a substantial six figure sum. I act for a number of players who are pursuing sports personal injury claims.
I specialise in regulatory disputes, both nationally and internationally, having advised a number of Premier League and Championship Clubs on transfers involving training compensation. I also represented two Accrington Stanley players charged by the FA of betting on football games before an FA Regulatory Tribunal.
I advise football players on endorsement agreements, the assignment of their image rights into an image rights company and the exploitation of their image rights.
I also have a wide variety of experience assisting on matters involving athletes/ footballers/ Premier League and Championship Clubs.
What I do when I'm not at work
I enjoy playing football (both 5-a-side and 11-a-side), golf (even though I'm hopeless!), watching football, watching Rugby League, travelling and socialising.
