My experience/ cases of note
I worked on a rectification claim concerning an agreement of sale linked to a professional negligence claim against the client's former solicitors for over £250,000. The claim settled just before the hearing.
Also Worked on a mediation which involved advising a client in relation to an overage calculation prepared by its previous solicitors. When the calculation was analysed, it was ascertained that the calculation did not work. Claim settled at mediation.
What I do when I'm not at work
I enjoy water polo, netball and snow boarding.
