My experience/ cases of note
I have assisted in a variety of general commercial disputes and disputes between individuals, as well as defamation and privacy cases. In particular, I was heavily involved in a Claimant's defamation case in which we settled (in favour of our client) at day two of a three day trial.
I have experience in dealing with contentious probate, property disputes, professional negligence and general commercial and civil litigation.
What I do when I'm not at work
I play netball for Trafford and enjoy horse riding, walking and eating out, and the occasional camping trip!
