My experience/ cases of note
Education: I act for Bolton College and advised on the property aspects of their £78 million new campus development. I advise The Manchester College in respect of their portfolio of over 20 campus properties. I have been involved in transactions with, FE Colleges, Academies and Studio Schools.
Healthcare: I have acted for over 40 GP and dental practices moving in LIFT Healthcare Centres. My clients are based across the North-West and I have dealt with the majority of North-West PCTs. I have also acted on a number of third party and GP led health centre developments.
General commercial property: Clients include property management companies, SMEs, and SIPP Trustees.
Local authority: I work with local authorities in Cheshire West and Warrington dealing with the property aspects of outsourcing of services.
What I do when I'm not at work
I am a keen (if slow!) runner and particularly enjoy trail running in the lake district. I also enjoy travelling – recent highlights include trekking to see wild Mountain Gorillas in Rwanda and cycling round Angkor Wat in Cambodia.
