My experience/ cases of note
My work covers all aspects of contentious and non-contentious insolvency. I act for all stake holders in the insolvency process, including insolvency practitioners, creditors, secured lenders and debtors. I have developed a particular niche in advising solicitors and their practices suffering financial difficulty. I was actively involved in preparing a case before the Court of Appeal on the interpretation of a new provision of the Insolvency Act, and a highlight of my early career was obtaining an arrest warrant for a delinquent director who failed to co-operate with the liquidator of his company!

What I do when I'm not at work
I love watching films, reading, travelling (particularly the Greek Islands), catching up with friends in far-flung places, good food, wine and company.... and working on that novel
