My specialist area
I am a Commercial litigator mainly covering contractual disputes including overseas work. I also deal with mediation and arbitration and other types of Alternative Dispute Resolution. I have a particular interest in agriculture and farming litigation including partnership disputes and contentious probate matters, boundary issues, livestock and debt recovery. I also enjoy holiday compensation claims.

Coupers Partnerships Ltd v Basarik (2007, CA, contract) [2007] Civ 40 - a leading case on the contractual interpretation of a ratings agency contract and the condition upon which a fee is due.
What I do when I'm not at work
I spend time with my husband and 3 kids. I love to travel far and wide, read and watch a good show at the theatre!
