My experience/ cases of note

I was part of the team which acted for the vendors in the sale of Garic Limited to Bibby Holdings Limited. The sale completed during tough financial times for the sum of c. £20m.
 

I was recently part of the team which advised B3 Industries Limited on its acquisition of Blue Helix (a deal which originated through our deal club project) and TriWire Limited, and the reorganisation of the B3 Group.

What I do when I'm not at work

I love spending time with my niece and nephew, and watching rugby. I also like shopping, travel and good food.
