My experience/ cases of note
Particular highlights include acting for the Shareholders in the auction process and subsequent sale of Quantum Pharmaceutical Limited to members of the original management team for £49.5m backed by private equity investors; advising the board of directors of Preston North End plc on a recommended mandatory cash offer by Deepdale PNE Holdings Limited; advising on an investment in Arcis Biotechnology Limited, an early stage company with proprietary technology relating to the development of a suite of environmentally-benign cleaning and germ-killing products for a diverse range of markets and applications.
