My specialist area
Construction and engineering - dealing with construction work including procurement, contract drafting and approval, planning and tendering of projects, terms of engagement of the members of the professional team, bonds, warranties, guarantees, Letters of Intent and project funding.
Sector experience includes a balance of both public and private sector work from education and healthcare to secured lending and general development work.

What it's like to work at George Davies
The annual team charity challenge usually keeps us on our toes whether we are climbing the Yorkshire 3 peaks or participating in triathlons. I love the team spirit!
