My experience/ cases of note
I have many years’ experience working in commercial property and specialise in property development work, including conditional contracts, agreements for lease, overage agreements and joint ventures. My development experience ranges from out of town industrial estates to city centre leisure developments.
I also act for landlords and tenants, dealing with leases of retail, leisure, office and industrial premises, which enables me to keep a balanced approach to transactions.
What I do when I'm not at work
I have 2 children so spend most of my free time as an unpaid taxi driver. I also try to find time to run, go to the gym, read and (in the summer) go camping as often as possible.
