The best place for a partnership agreement is in a drawer! Careful planning at the outset can avoid expensive court proceedings later on. We aim to sit down with partners and help them to consider potential areas of dispute, what would happen on a partner’s death or if one partner leaves the partnership, and commit to an agreed way forward. If problems arise in the future the agreement can be dusted down and used to resolve the issues, without the need to go to Court. |
