Thank you for all your help with mum and dad and sorting out the Power of Attorney for them. It is great weight off my knowing this is being dealt with.

I would like to repeat the comments I made to you when you were last at their house. You have dealt with my parents in an extremely professional and friendly manner. I would especially like to comment on the way you dealt with dad, you repeated everything to him when asked; you answered his questions although you had already told the information and you spoke to him and not around him.

I am so glad that you did the talk for the dementia group as this has spurred us on to deal with the legalities required to make life easier in the long run.

I would have no hesitation in recommending you to others.
