New recruit for George Davies corporate team
Leading Manchester law firm George Davies has recruited solicitor Rosie Rogers to join its successful corporate team. Rosie is the second recruit this year for the team following partner Scott Sands’ arrival from JMW earlier in the year. Rosie’s arrival takes the team’s headcount to nine.
Corporate/commercial lawyer Rosie, who moves from London firm Abrahams Dresden, advised a number of dentists and dental practices on commercial matters prior to joining George Davies.
Partner Chris Wilkinson, who heads up the corporate team at George Davies, commented “Over the past two years the team has seen growth in all sectors and this has produced a need to expand. Rosie’s background in general commercial matters and healthcare compliments the team’s offering in this market; we are a market leader in the retail pharmacy market having advised on over 100 purchases and sales of retail pharmacies in recent years, we regularly provide commercial advice to GPs and consultants and over the last 12 months we have grown our client base in the dental sector too.”
