George Davies to act for 58 NHS Trusts

George Davies Solicitors LLP has been appointed as an approved supplier to the North West Collaborative Commercial Agency's (NWCCA) member trusts.

The NWCCA represents 58 North West Public Sector healthcare organisations including George Davies' existing clients Salford PCT and Trafford PCT. The NWCCA is tasked with procuring various services on behalf of its 58 members.

George Davies beat off stiff competition during an eight month long tendering process to be appointed as an approved supplier and can now provide advice to the NWCCA’s 58 member trusts on:

• Employment law
• Property law
• Construction
• E-commerce
• IT
• Telecoms
• PFI and PPP (including LIFT)
• Corporate finance
