George Davies appointed by Persimmon Homes

The property team at leading Manchester law firm George Davies has been appointed by the North West office of national house builders, Persimmon Homes to act for them on various property matters in the region. The team, led by partner Jonathan Kay, will provide commercial and residential property advice to the house building giant.

Persimmon currently builds around 16,000 new homes nationally ranging from studio apartments to large detached family homes. Persimmon is expanding its operations in the North West and is currently seeking to acquire potential development sites for residential development.

Jonathan commented "We have had a relationship with Persimmon Homes for some time and we are extremely pleased that this has now been put on a formal footing with our appointment by their North West office."
