George Davies’ team advises ITS Technologies on acquisition

Partner Chris Ross and solicitor Fay Clifford, both of award winning Manchester law firm George Davies, acted for Cheshire based ITS Technologies on its acquisition of IT services company TMG IT, a specialist IT outsourcing provider based in Cheshire. The transaction will see ITS triple its existing customer base and provide a platform for further growth.
