I would just like to express how pleased I have been with the service by Mrs Coyne. I feel she has gone above the call of duty in helping me with my recent matters and is probably one of the most professional people I have ever dealt with. I run my own business and would be extremely pleased if she was one of my employees. Debbie quite clearly enjoys her work and takes pride in what she does. Unfortunatley my case has now been passed over to my insurance company as they are prepared to stand the costs now a hearing has been set. I was really annoyed with this and tried my upmost to retain Debbie's assistance however they would not bend the rules for me.

Win or lose I would just like to thank Debbie for all she has done to date and feel from your perspective you can be assured she is an asset to the firm and I would not hesitate in recommending the firm to other people. Thanks again.
