Current Recruitment
We are currently receiving applications for training contracts beginning in September 2011. The deadline for receipt of applications is 31st December 2010, any application received after this time will not be included in the selection process. If you are interested in applying for a training contract with us then here's what you need to know.
What we look for in applications:
- A consistent academic record and ideally a 2:1 degree. If you got less and have a good excuse, then tell us!
- Law or non law degrees are both welcome
- Work experience or previous careers
- Your interests and non academic achievements
- Links with Manchester and/or the North West are preferable
You need to submit a CV and covering letter to The Head of HR. This can be done by post or e-mail to the addresses supplied below.
Successful applicants will be invited to an assessment day usually held in April. This involves spending a day at our offices when you meet a range of our personnel including Partners. The day will include a formal interview and technical test but also gives the opportunity to look around and chat to members of staff especially trainees. All attendees will be told whether they have been successful or not soon after the assessment day.
