The employment team has a great depth of experience of advising both private and public sector employers.

Public sector

The team has advised on the employment aspects of oursourcing of public contracts to the private sector both prior to and post tender, and the employment aspects of school conversions to academy status. We are apointed to advise on the employment law issues to the NHS SBS.

Private sector

We advise employers of all sizes across a number of business sectors. The team has particular experience in the recruitment, retail, logistics, healthcare, sport and education sectors.
