Sara Barrett is an accredited workplace mediator having trained with the ADR Group, an internationally acknowledged leading authority in mediation and other dispute resolution techniques. Workplace mediation is now officially recognised and encouraged by BERR (formerly the DTI) and ACAS and employers and employees are encouraged to consider mediation to reduce the need for tribunals.
